Event information

Tuesday 4th February 2014, Royal Armouries, Leeds LS10 1LT

There are currently 12 pilots running under the One Public Estate programme, each one designed to encourage local councils to work with central government and other public sector organisations to share buildings and re-use or release surplus property and land. Whilst maintaining the emphasis on securing maximum efficiencies from its property and land assets a key aim of the programme is to use public sector estates strategies to aid and drive local and regional regeneration and growth.

This year's Government Property conference, the 14th in an unbroken series, will explore how these pilots are meeting their objectives, the obstacles they have experienced, the solutions they have developed and the organisations whose expertise has helped them on the way and how all this information can be taken by you to benefit your organisation, local area and region.
